What does it cost to join?
Your members pay nothing. It is a benefit by your club to your members for a small initiation fee and even smaller monthly fee. That’s it! Please contact us for current club pricing.
Does my club have to
accept a minimum amount of PCN tee times?
No. You have complete control over how
many tee time requests you accept. Contact us for a complete
list of our reciprocal play rules that protect the integrity
of your club.
Who will be requesting
to play my club?
Individuals cannot get access to the PCN without having a private club membership, similar to your own members.

Will this be a burden
to my staff?
No. All tee time requests are handled
by the PCN tee time concierge staff. You will never be contacted
by individual members. This frees your Pro from having to
make any personal calls on behalf of your members.
Are there limitations
to where and how often my members may play another club?
Yes. Individuals may not play the golf
course of another Member Club, which is within a one hundred
(100) mile radius of the individual's home club. An individual
will only be permitted to play a maximum of three (3) times
per year at any given Member Club. Host Clubs, at its sole
discretion, may waive the mileage and usage restrictions.
Individuals must observe all guest policies when they visit
other Member Clubs.
Can I arrange my own
tee times at a private club?
No. All reservation requests must be
administered through Private Club Network's member services.
This is a big benefit to your Club Pro who normally would
be responsible for making those kinds of calls.

How do my members request
a tee time at another private club?
All tee time requests by members of
Private Club Network must be made through the Network's
member services. Members may access the Network's member
services by calling toll free at 800.547.0838. Or, via the
Network's website at www.privateclubnetwork.com.
Can members
buy an individual Private Club Network membership?
No. Enrollment in the Private Club Network
is on an invitation-only basis and is determined by a club's
governing body (i.e., Board of Directors, General Manager,
Club President, etc). Individual golf members of an enrolled
Private Club Network club, in good standing, are automatically
enrolled in the Network.
Do my members
have charging privileges at the other Network clubs?
At this time, some Private Club Network
member clubs do charge back to your home club. This is determined
by each Private Club Network member club if they are able
to reciprocate or not.

How do my
members activate their membership in Private Club Network?
Activation is required in order to access
the benefits and use the network. This may be done at www.privateclubnetwork.com.
Our marketing packet will help you get the word out to your
members.
How does it work?
Once a club member has registered on
the PCN’s website, they may request a tee time at
any of the clubs in the Network by calling Private Club
Network or using the website. PCN’s Tee Time Concierge
will contact the desired club. If the club has availability
and elects to accommodate the request, the concierge will
make the necessary arrangements.
The requests for reservation at any of
the participating PCN clubs are just that, requests. There
is no guarantee that the tee time request can be accommodated.
Once a tee time has been secured, the member is notified
by concierge where any special instructions are given.
May members bring guests?
Guest play requests are left solely
to the discretion of the host club. All guests must be accompanied
by a Private Club Network member at all times and must abide
by club rules at all times. Guests are subject to prevailing
club "guest" fees as determined by the host club.

Do members have to
show proof of their home club membership?
All Individual Private Club Network
members are required to present a photo ID upon checking
in with the golf shop of the Host Club. The Host Club, with
the support of the Private Club Network, may reserve the
right to deny play to any Private Club Network member and
their guests if they fail to present a photo ID matching
the names provided by the Private Club Network. Also, any
changes to the players in a group must be made through the
Private Club Network.
How much outside play
will my Club experience?
Your Club is in complete control of
the amount of play you allow as a result of requests made
by other Private Club Network members. The benefit is non-intrusive
and the availability of the Club to each member will never
be compromised. Because all reservation requests are administered
only through Private Club Network's member services, your
Club's golf professional and staff are always in complete
control of outside requests for tee times by members of
other clubs.
Where can I get a list
of your clubs?
You can request a current list from
PCN Headquarters. 800-547-0838
